Annual reported facts

Basic and diluted EPS come from supported SEC Company Facts tags in 10-K and 10-K/A filings; EPS is not synthesized. The importer checks annual durations, selects matching periods, deduplicates restated observations, and applies later standard-taxonomy stock-split facts to per-share values and diluted shares. Filing accession, tag, unit, and filing date are retained when available. Coverage varies by issuer and taxonomy.

Free cash flow per share

Simple FCF is operating cash flow minus cash capital expenditure. FCF/share divides this by annual diluted weighted-average shares when matching facts are available. It is a derived measure, not a standardized GAAP figure. Banks, REITs, and other businesses may have unavailable or economically unsuitable FCF measures.

Growth and the orange reference line

CAGR uses the first and last positive annual observations within the selected chart window. Elapsed years use exact fiscal-end dates divided by 365.2425 days.

CAGR = (last value ÷ first value)1 / years − 1.

Reference multiple = min(60, 15 × ((1 + CAGR) ÷ 1.10)years × 0.6), with CAGR expressed as a decimal. Multiply each positive per-share metric by this multiple. For FCF/share, the multiple is applied to FCF rather than earnings. A custom positive multiple is also capped at 60.

Missing or non-positive observations create gaps in the reference line. The orange line is a formula reference, not an intrinsic-value estimate or price target. It uses retrospective information and is not a point-in-time investment backtest.

Prices, ranges, and dividends

Weekly data retains the last available row in each week. Prefer validated split-only closes when supplied; otherwise the chart uses labeled Stooq adjusted closes as an approximation. The chart ends at the latest available price date. Company tables retain newer annual filings independently.

Fiscal-year dividend yield uses an annual reported dividend and a historical year-end close. It is off by default on the chart.
