Financial and price snapshot

The financial database was built 2026-08-27. Exporting or rebuilding the website does not obtain newer financial data or prices. Each company page displays its latest fiscal period and price date separately.

Reported financial facts come from SEC EDGAR through SEC Company Facts. Company table links point to the original filing index. FCF is calculated from reported inputs; its source links identify operating cash flow and capex. The current public export does not include separate share-denominator provenance.

Historical adjusted closes come from Stooq. The prepared US price snapshot ends no later than May 8, 2026. It currently contains no validated split-only US closes. These prices and dividend yields based on them are labeled approximations; they should not be interpreted as exact unadjusted year-end quotes.

S&P 500 membership and classifications

The directory uses the Wikipedia constituent list, revision 1379150992, retrieved 2026-10-08, with membership dated 2026-10-08. Sector and industry labels come from that list. It is separate from the older financial snapshot.

Share classes remain separate directory entries. Unmatched tickers, issuer-identity mismatches, and missing supported metrics or prices are labeled as coverage gaps. Historical values can predate index admission; the site does not reconstruct historical index membership.

Limits of interpretation

Missing facts are unavailable, not zero. Filing amendments, taxonomy changes, incomplete split tags, and issuer-level rather than share-class-specific facts can affect comparability. Check linked filings, especially for issuers with multiple share classes. No unsupported class conversion is performed.

Annual totals are not quarterly or trailing-twelve-month measures. A missing dividend observation does not establish that the company paid no dividend. Price and financial histories may cover different dates. Formula references are retrospective and do not establish fair value, future performance, or a trading recommendation.
