Feature
Verified research advantages, with precise coverage
Made the free research features and available history easier to find below the chart and in AI-readable documents.
Charts and CSV/PNG exports are free without an account or subscription.
Highlighted annual-history examples, long weekly price histories and financial facts linked to SEC filings; company pages show their own coverage.
Coverage and source dates remain explicit. Prices are historical, FCF per share is derived, and this update does not refresh the financial snapshot.
Feature
Free stock research guides and clearer company histories
Added practical guides for comparing stock prices with earnings, understanding EPS and cash flow, and exporting historical chart data.
Research guides are available from the navigation, with free tools and downloads explained without signup.
Company pages now describe their available EPS and free cash flow per share histories, with period dates and filing sources.
Improved page descriptions and structured metadata help search engines understand the content. Financial snapshot dates remain unchanged; search rankings are not guaranteed.
Feature
Direct access for AI research assistants
Added public resources that let LLMs and research tools read the website and financial snapshots without running the interactive chart.
Added an LLM navigation guide, Markdown company histories and documentation, and a catalog linking every stock’s JSON data.
Added an AI & data access guide in the footer, with schema, units, source dates, and interpretation limits.
Financial data remains the historical snapshot. These resources improve access and discovery; inclusion in an AI service’s answers is not guaranteed.

Added a dedicated history of major improvements and website milestones, with the latest entries first.
Website updates is available from the navigation and footer on every page.
Each entry records the date, what changed, and what it means for visitors.

Launch
Stock Value Lens goes public
Launched the free historical stock research website on Cloudflare.
Visitors can use stock search, interactive charts, financial tables, and CSV/PNG exports without an account or subscription.
The launch uses the existing historical snapshot: financial database built August 27, 2026, with prices ending no later than May 8, 2026.
Launch preparation
A clearer workspace and searchable stock directory
Refined the visual design and made stock research easier on desktop and mobile.
Introduced consistent typography, a quieter chart, full-width annual history, and expandable filing details.
Added company and sector filters to the S&P 500 directory.
Added mobile navigation and collapsible valuation settings; annual changes now show the latest year first.
Launch preparation
Compact header and clearer valuation summaries
Simplified the header and placed growth and applied-multiple summaries above the chart.
Removed the large promotional heading and repeated company information.
Kept the chart and date-range selector visible on tested laptop screens.
Launch preparation
A chart-first research layout
Moved the interactive chart and its controls ahead of detailed company explanations.
Added a desktop layout that fits the chart and range selector within the viewport.
Retained natural scrolling on smaller screens and kept financial history below the chart.
Launch preparation
Company pages, source links, and a dividend guide
Prepared dedicated financial-history pages for 485 of the 503 S&P 500 constituent securities in the dated membership snapshot.
Added an S&P 500 directory with clearly labeled coverage gaps.
Company pages include complete annual tables and links to original SEC filings, including financial observations newer than the price history.
Added methodology, sources, about/contact, and fiscal-year dividend-yield pages.
Launch preparation
The standalone US stock edition
Prepared an independent website covering 6,551 US-listed stocks from the supplied financial snapshot.
Included diluted/basic EPS, free cash flow per share, dividends, date-range controls, return selection, and CSV/PNG exports.
Search and calculations run in the browser. Historical prices, adjusted-price approximations, and missing data are labeled.
Launch preparation records the work completed before the first public release. Website-update dates are separate from financial-data dates; a website update does not necessarily refresh stock prices or company facts. See sources, dates & limitations.
